Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Representatives so not know how to treat new clients. Have an awful system in place. Tried to set up my account for almost 3 weeks! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Go to hookah wholesalers or Hookah Shisha.

South Smoke Shop is great and send out the order PDQ. Couldn't ask for any better service than SSS provides. There aren't any "smoke shopes" in Gainesville, therefore I have to use SSS. Thanks SSS for your prompt service.

Poor product and service! Our hookah arrived and the box had obviously been opened and resealed. The ceramic bowl has large chips and two places where the glaze was missing. The metal stem has the plating peeling! The water bowl also has a chip. When we called, they said they have a disclaimer that handmade products will have flaws! LOL. They are obviously selling seconds for sure! We sent pictures of the defects. Three phone calls and several emails and they finally promised to refund our money but we have to pay shipping! This is a 22" hookah! Stay clear. Less than quality and they make it extremely difficult to get a shipping label and refund. Horrible customer service and dishonest company!!!
