Review South Smoke.com now. Rating 1 star: Bad Your review Placed 2 orders with them they voided both. Called my credit card company and they said that there are no issues with my card. GBReceived the wrong order 3 times in a… Received the wrong order 3 times in a row. Finally gave up and requested a refund for the hookah. Micheal Appel was completely useless and rude. He told us he would give us a refund if he couldn't fix the problem and did not fix the defective hookah. His solution was to send an additional 2 hookahs, that were not the same design. Michael was completely unprofessional and rude. He kept interrupting me when I was talking and we even got into a shouting match. I eventually went to my bank and filed a dispute and received my money back. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
