GBWas a customer for years Was a customer for years. Would have a few crushed coals now and then but never had to deal with customer service. Until they sent me the wrong order. First they call me and tell me that i have to send my package to the right customer. And the otber customer would send me mine. After thinking about it, i decided to just return it. I dont want someone else touching my stuff like that. When i asked "what if the other customer doesnt send it?" Im told "then i will be even greater in your debt." The most unprofessional thing ive ever heard. I was told they could not overnight me a new package. After dealing with them for a few hours Im told the fastest they can get me a new order is 5 days because "our packages have been picked up for the day". The irony in the fact that i have to go to the post office now just to get my own money back but they cant send me a new package is insane. Just find another company. Edit: they contacted me again and told me they may be able to get it to me quicker

GBIt doesn't get any better than this!!! My order is always processed and shipped quickly so I receive it in the minimum amount of time. Prices are usually the lowest for the products I order and free or discounted shipping costs occur quite regularly.

GBReceived the wrong order 3 times in a… Received the wrong order 3 times in a row. Finally gave up and requested a refund for the hookah. Micheal Appel was completely useless and rude. He told us he would give us a refund if he couldn't fix the problem and did not fix the defective hookah. His solution was to send an additional 2 hookahs, that were not the same design. Michael was completely unprofessional and rude. He kept interrupting me when I was talking and we even got into a shouting match. I eventually went to my bank and filed a dispute and received my money back. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

GBThis is the worst company to deal with… This is the worst company to deal with tried to place a order five different times each time they cancelled the order for security reasons. When I called customer service they told me to try making a new account and order which I did they still cancelled the order. All that trouble and the manager wanted nothing to do to make it right for my trouble. I am very disappointed because at one point I really had a good experience with his company.
