It doesn't get any better than this!!! My order is always processed and shipped quickly so I receive it in the minimum amount of time. Prices are usually the lowest for the products I order and free or discounted shipping costs occur quite regularly.

South Smoke Shop is great and send out the order PDQ. Couldn't ask for any better service than SSS provides. There aren't any "smoke shopes" in Gainesville, therefore I have to use SSS. Thanks SSS for your prompt service.

Worst experience ever! Worst experience ever. Their refund policy is pathetic. They will KEEP your money. I repeat THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY! Ordered a big order, couldn't clear customs, sent it back, they didn't provide a refund. They said they can provide me with a gift card but not the original refund. What is the use of a gift card when their packages are getting stuck at customs? Pathetic. Never buying from them again.

This is the worst company to deal with… This is the worst company to deal with tried to place a order five different times each time they cancelled the order for security reasons. When I called customer service they told me to try making a new account and order which I did they still cancelled the order. All that trouble and the manager wanted nothing to do to make it right for my trouble. I am very disappointed because at one point I really had a good experience with his company.
