GBOnly ordered from South Smoke once and… Only ordered from South Smoke once and won't order from them ever again. I ordered a hookah for my boyfriend for Christmas and as soon it came in I knew it wasn't fitting together right. I ended up giving it to my boyfriend early and he knew there was something wrong too. The bowl wouldn't fit over the rubber gromet and it wouldn't slide down all the way so the bowl was hardly connected. It looked like it was going to fall off and as we looked closer the ceramic bowl wasn't in a circular shape, it was shaped like an oval so that's why it wouldn't fit correctly. We tried calling to get a different bowl and they told me to take wet paper towel and wrap them around the stem and slide the bowl over it. I never heard of this before and kept asking for a replacement bowl. They said they'd send one out after I called 5 times and emailed them. They said I'd have to buy something else before they'd send me a new bowl. So my boyfriends Christmas was instantly ruined and I had to find a different bowl elsewhere. We tried the wet paper towel thing and it shattered the bowl that came with it. Thanks for the crap bowl and the even shitter advice 🙄

NZWorst experience ever! Worst experience ever. Their refund policy is pathetic. They will KEEP your money. I repeat THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY! Ordered a big order, couldn't clear customs, sent it back, they didn't provide a refund. They said they can provide me with a gift card but not the original refund. What is the use of a gift card when their packages are getting stuck at customs? Pathetic. Never buying from them again.

GBThis is the worst company to deal with… This is the worst company to deal with tried to place a order five different times each time they cancelled the order for security reasons. When I called customer service they told me to try making a new account and order which I did they still cancelled the order. All that trouble and the manager wanted nothing to do to make it right for my trouble. I am very disappointed because at one point I really had a good experience with his company.
