Three orders avoided by Security… Three orders avoided by Security reasons. But what I did wrong - nobody can't tell me.

Worst experience ever! Worst experience ever. Their refund policy is pathetic. They will KEEP your money. I repeat THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY! Ordered a big order, couldn't clear customs, sent it back, they didn't provide a refund. They said they can provide me with a gift card but not the original refund. What is the use of a gift card when their packages are getting stuck at customs? Pathetic. Never buying from them again.
