GBReceived the wrong order 3 times in a… Received the wrong order 3 times in a row. Finally gave up and requested a refund for the hookah. Micheal Appel was completely useless and rude. He told us he would give us a refund if he couldn't fix the problem and did not fix the defective hookah. His solution was to send an additional 2 hookahs, that were not the same design. Michael was completely unprofessional and rude. He kept interrupting me when I was talking and we even got into a shouting match. I eventually went to my bank and filed a dispute and received my money back. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

GBThis is the worst company to deal with… This is the worst company to deal with tried to place a order five different times each time they cancelled the order for security reasons. When I called customer service they told me to try making a new account and order which I did they still cancelled the order. All that trouble and the manager wanted nothing to do to make it right for my trouble. I am very disappointed because at one point I really had a good experience with his company.

GBDamaged product Received KM hookah vase with crack on vase. After contacting customer service was sent a disclaimer for KM products because they are handmade they may have imperfections. However because this product has a crack it is likely to worsen over time and this is not a helpful resolution. I will avoid future business and would not recommend dealing with SouthSmoke.

GBPoor product and service! Our hookah arrived and the box had obviously been opened and resealed. The ceramic bowl has large chips and two places where the glaze was missing. The metal stem has the plating peeling! The water bowl also has a chip. When we called, they said they have a disclaimer that handmade products will have flaws! LOL. They are obviously selling seconds for sure! We sent pictures of the defects. Three phone calls and several emails and they finally promised to refund our money but we have to pay shipping! This is a 22" hookah! Stay clear. Less than quality and they make it extremely difficult to get a shipping label and refund. Horrible customer service and dishonest company!!!
