Taking into account the nature of the product, it is enormously irresponsible to create doubts in the customer as to whether it could have been used before.

CAFirst they have shipped my item to… First they have shipped my item to Halifax, Nova Scotia instead of Mississauga, Ontario. Then they promise to resend me a new one and refund my courier fee I paid when I called, well no replies since then and No one answers their customer service telephone line and no one has responded to my email asking when I will receive my order now.

CASorry to say, the E- Cig devices from 180 Smoke, Warden Store, were of poor Quality Sorry to say, the quality of the cheaper e-cigerette devices, whether Cloudmaker Nano, or i-Care e- leaf, are not sturdy and long lasting, as the first one broke off while tightening the top part with the bottom one, the 2nd one side glass cracked when it fell off from my work table, resulting into leakage, and the company refused to either repair or replace the devices. CASent more e-mails with no response Writing another quick review. Sent more and more e-mails with no response to my complaint. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your vape needs. They fill their pockets up with our money and don't even seem to bother with the customers
