CAFirst they have shipped my item to… First they have shipped my item to Halifax, Nova Scotia instead of Mississauga, Ontario. Then they promise to resend me a new one and refund my courier fee I paid when I called, well no replies since then and No one answers their customer service telephone line and no one has responded to my email asking when I will receive my order now.
I brought 10+ people here and things changed
CAThe guy that made a mistake Way too expensive?? The products I’ve bought are great but now, the product prices are through the roof , my last purchase was a bottle of juice for $38 , and it was only a 60ml bottle . That’s ridiculous, nice knowing you guys , I’ll make sure me and my friends (your customers) will not return , nice knowing ya , cheers

CASorry to say, the E- Cig devices from 180 Smoke, Warden Store, were of poor Quality Sorry to say, the quality of the cheaper e-cigerette devices, whether Cloudmaker Nano, or i-Care e- leaf, are not sturdy and long lasting, as the first one broke off while tightening the top part with the bottom one, the 2nd one side glass cracked when it fell off from my work table, resulting into leakage, and the company refused to either repair or replace the devices. CAI went to the location on Yonge and bloor I went to the location on Yonge and almost bloor to buy some coils, my first time there so I was checking out the eliquids and stuff and the guy at the cash was very rude, I asked for the coils and he just made sarcastic comments of everything like if he was doing me a favor. and he didn't offer the loyalty card so I had to ask for it and he gave it to me but very forced attitude. Won't coming back again for sure, lots of vape stores in Toronto to go instead of the ones that treat you bad.
