CAFirst they have shipped my item to… First they have shipped my item to Halifax, Nova Scotia instead of Mississauga, Ontario. Then they promise to resend me a new one and refund my courier fee I paid when I called, well no replies since then and No one answers their customer service telephone line and no one has responded to my email asking when I will receive my order now.

CADon't buy online with them I placed the order on Dec 16, 2022 and it said that it will be delivered the same day. Now it's the end of day Dec 20 and still I didn't get my order delivered and not sure how long it's gonna take. I called twice and also sent several emails but still didn't get the positive response. CAI bought recently a herbva nokiva wich… I bought recently a herbva nokiva wich was a defective unit, tried to get it refund. They did not even bother to contact me back... I then tried the eiristech support, they ask me to send a video with a description of my problem, wich i immediately do. They did not respond after... I tell you these is someone at those place that doesnt give a s*** about REAL INTERESTED CUSTOMERS. They are a scam

CASorry to say, the E- Cig devices from 180 Smoke, Warden Store, were of poor Quality Sorry to say, the quality of the cheaper e-cigerette devices, whether Cloudmaker Nano, or i-Care e- leaf, are not sturdy and long lasting, as the first one broke off while tightening the top part with the bottom one, the 2nd one side glass cracked when it fell off from my work table, resulting into leakage, and the company refused to either repair or replace the devices. CAIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I know it’s annoying to have people complain because I work in customer service, but I still haven’t even received a reply on my situation. I ordered $50 worth of merchandise and sent the transfer well within the three days they stated. They cancelled my order after a week of several messages being sent and did not refund my money. I would really appreciate a response or at least a refund because this is very unprofessional.
