CAI went to the location on Yonge and bloor I went to the location on Yonge and almost bloor to buy some coils, my first time there so I was checking out the eliquids and stuff and the guy at the cash was very rude, I asked for the coils and he just made sarcastic comments of everything like if he was doing me a favor. and he didn't offer the loyalty card so I had to ask for it and he gave it to me but very forced attitude. Won't coming back again for sure, lots of vape stores in Toronto to go instead of the ones that treat you bad.

CAI bought recently a herbva nokiva wich… I bought recently a herbva nokiva wich was a defective unit, tried to get it refund. They did not even bother to contact me back... I then tried the eiristech support, they ask me to send a video with a description of my problem, wich i immediately do. They did not respond after... I tell you these is someone at those place that doesnt give a s*** about REAL INTERESTED CUSTOMERS. They are a scam

CA180 smoke is a scam!! 180 smoke is a scam!!! The worst customer service I ever come across. I ordered online and they were supposed to deliver the package and guess what its has been almost a month, they r sending me these stupid auto generated emails that someone will be in touch wiz me soon!! Obviously that never happened! Then I called them their "agent" almost told me that he doesn't care, they way he talked to me, his tone was totally unprofessional and he hang up on me!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!!! I don't recommend 180 smoke at all!!! And I will make sure to tell everyone I know !!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!! FUNNY THING AM STILL BEGGING FORY REFUND 😄

CAYour quality is fine. Your quality is fine. Your prices are absolutely atrocious. For the vast majority of vapers, it is meant to be THE alternative to smoking due to cost. Your prices completely negate that incentive. I do not understand how anyone is willing to fork over $23 for every tiny 30ml bottle. I'm paying $20-30 for 120ml, and it's not the cheap stuff either, quality is great. That is a difference of nearly 400% in savings.

CAThe staff at 180 Smoke Vape Store at… The staff at 180 Smoke Vape Store at the danforth are super helpful, genuinely nice, courteous and sociable. Normally I go in, hoping it takes me 5-10 mins, but the way the staff treats me and how informative they are, i normally leave a little later, but super happy. Wonderful team!
