I ordered online and they were supposed to deliver the package and guess what its has been almost a month, they r sending me these stupid auto generated emails that someone will be in touch wiz me soon!! Obviously that never happened! Then I called them their "agent" almost told me that he doesn't care, they way he talked to me, his tone was totally unprofessional and he hang up on me!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!!! I don't recommend 180 smoke at all!!! And I will make sure to tell everyone I know !!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!! FUNNY THING AM STILL BEGGING FORY REFUND 😄

I know it’s annoying to have people complain because I work in customer service, but I still haven’t even received a reply on my situation. I ordered $50 worth of merchandise and sent the transfer well within the three days they stated. They cancelled my order after a week of several messages being sent and did not refund my money. I would really appreciate a response or at least a refund because this is very unprofessional.
