CAI went to the location on Yonge and bloor I went to the location on Yonge and almost bloor to buy some coils, my first time there so I was checking out the eliquids and stuff and the guy at the cash was very rude, I asked for the coils and he just made sarcastic comments of everything like if he was doing me a favor. and he didn't offer the loyalty card so I had to ask for it and he gave it to me but very forced attitude. Won't coming back again for sure, lots of vape stores in Toronto to go instead of the ones that treat you bad.

CATop notch service I love this shop because of it's INCREDIBLY friendly staff. They're absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. I consistently use the same juice so I'm most likely just popping in but end up sticking around just to chat with the lovely people who work there.

CANice shop Good experiences! The staff is knowledgeable and ready to help with the vast selection of devices and components. So many house juices to sample before buying, and the quality is excellent. There are a few vape shops around me but the Don Mills location is my go to for juice, coils and batteries

CADon't buy online with them I placed the order on Dec 16, 2022 and it said that it will be delivered the same day. Now it's the end of day Dec 20 and still I didn't get my order delivered and not sure how long it's gonna take. I called twice and also sent several emails but still didn't get the positive response. CADisappointed Bought a geek vape blade online from them. It was opened, previously used and glitching out. Instead of refunding me, they're going to replace if they choose it's necessary, if not I'm stuck with this defective mod. I've been without a mod, and so I had to go buy elsewhere out of pocket while my returned mod sits at the store, it's been there for 5 days untouched with no update from them. I'm disappointed, and have learned my lesson.
