To start off To start off, Naked 100 has a great product I absolutely love their product that’s why I use it again and again and again however, when ordering online wait times are horrible. If I want my product at my house about the time that I’m getting ready to run out, I have to order at least two weeks ahead of time and that’s before your company even gets it to USPS. Times after that are completely on me and how much I’m willing to pay for. But it is still ridiculous that it takes that long for you to get your product to the Postal Service to be shipped to me. You guys have a great product. One that I would love to continue using but these wait times have got to change or you will end up losing customers to your competition I guarantee it.

Unfortunately I have had a terrible… Unfortunately I have had a terrible time trying to get my DHL tracking number. I paid 67 dollars for 3 day shipping over a week ago and still have not got any information about when or if my order has even been dispatched or when I can expect it. Very disappointing.

Ordered product without a problem, and then later get an email saying they want this wierd scanner to take a picture of my drivers liscence, which i obviously am not comfortable with. I understand the reason, but I wish they did this BEFORE I made a purchase like they are supposed to. Now they won’t send the product or refund my money and have not responded to me in days.

Extremely unreliable ship times I paid. Waited 3 days. Not even a label was created. After 5 days of this i demanded a refund because the product just simply was not shipping. I have ordered from them numerous times. Ship times are all over the place. Occasionally fast but please heed the word of those saying this company WILL create a shipping label and then just sit on your product for several days regardless of which shipping option you choose. Far to unreliable for this category of product.

The selection is great, but slow shipping The selection is great without a question. However, shipping is very slow. I placed an order on 4/3, took over a week to receive the wrong product and another week to receive the correct product which was received today finally. I am in LA and so you would think I’d receive things faster given the company is also in LA. Won’t be returning unless I don’t care when I receive the products.
