GBI placed a 77$ order I placed a 77$ on Aug. 15. I bought extra to get the free Priority shipping. My initial delivery date was set for August 19. It didn't show. I emailed the shop to tell them on the 20th. They basically said take it up with the post office. That afternoon I filed a missing package report, and was given a case number, which I sent to them. It's now the 27th, still no package, I'm out $77, and I insisted that they either refund me or resend the order. "Arrive" traced the package to one (the first) stop, then nothing. It's been three correspondences I've heard back from them. I'll get this until Monday, (two weeks from the initial delivery date) and lodge a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

GBTo start off To start off, Naked 100 has a great product I absolutely love their product that’s why I use it again and again and again however, when ordering online wait times are horrible. If I want my product at my house about the time that I’m getting ready to run out, I have to order at least two weeks ahead of time and that’s before your company even gets it to USPS. Times after that are completely on me and how much I’m willing to pay for. But it is still ridiculous that it takes that long for you to get your product to the Postal Service to be shipped to me. You guys have a great product. One that I would love to continue using but these wait times have got to change or you will end up losing customers to your competition I guarantee it.

GBPoor Shipping & Communication! When you post on your website, "order in the next 21 hours and receive by Saturday," you're guaranteeing delivery. When the order doesn't show up until Monday, you didn't fulfill your promise. Poor communication from the website chat and didn't respond to email sent until delivery was made, like it's all better now. No apology, future discount or anything just an automatic email letting you know your package was delivered.

GBTerrible company with terrible customer… Terrible company with terrible customer service. Do not purchase from this company they have old expired juice they'll send you and when you tell them about the issue they'll respond up to a point. Then completely stop responding and will just take your money and run!
