GBI have been ordering from eliquidstop… I have been ordering from eliquidstop for over a year now & everything has been Great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc I always order Cloud Breakers Purple Berry in 6mg but this site has been out for over 2 months & that's the main juice I vape. When they finally get more in I'm placing a $100 order of just that.

GBPoor Shipping & Communication! When you post on your website, "order in the next 21 hours and receive by Saturday," you're guaranteeing delivery. When the order doesn't show up until Monday, you didn't fulfill your promise. Poor communication from the website chat and didn't respond to email sent until delivery was made, like it's all better now. No apology, future discount or anything just an automatic email letting you know your package was delivered.

GBThe absolute worst online vape store The absolute worst online vape store. Customer service is the worst . I made 2 orders only got 1 order and it wasn't even what I ordered but the other has never arrived. It's been since November and it hasn't made it out of California. DON'T ORDER FRO HERE

GBI placed a 77$ order I placed a 77$ on Aug. 15. I bought extra to get the free Priority shipping. My initial delivery date was set for August 19. It didn't show. I emailed the shop to tell them on the 20th. They basically said take it up with the post office. That afternoon I filed a missing package report, and was given a case number, which I sent to them. It's now the 27th, still no package, I'm out $77, and I insisted that they either refund me or resend the order. "Arrive" traced the package to one (the first) stop, then nothing. It's been three correspondences I've heard back from them. I'll get this until Monday, (two weeks from the initial delivery date) and lodge a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
