They did not deliver my order when they… They did not deliver my order when they said they would. I contacted them several times to see what was the reason or problem but only got the response of we will email you when your order is going to be delivered.

Solid Despite the awful reviews here, I had a pretty good experience with the website. I ordered a couple pods and a bottle of juice and the post office had a mix up which led to my original package being shipped back to the sender. I reached out to customer service and they gave me the option of store credit, refund, or package being re shipped. I chose to re ship it and they sent out a new package within the same week at no cost to me. Pretty fast response time and I was honestly surprised they made it that easy for me especially with the reviews I’ve read. Shoutout to Renzo & Nathan from customer service for helping me out.

Trash If there was an option for less than 1 Star I’d select that. I ordered something in February and I still have not received the email to redeem it. I did get the confirmation email. I’ve talked to customer service multiple times and the answer I get is always the same. I would prefer a refund at this point but it also isn’t available. Work on that

The selection is great, but slow shipping The selection is great without a question. However, shipping is very slow. I placed an order on 4/3, took over a week to receive the wrong product and another week to receive the correct product which was received today finally. I am in LA and so you would think I’d receive things faster given the company is also in LA. Won’t be returning unless I don’t care when I receive the products.

I would not recommend ordering from… I would not recommend ordering from these people. Its been almost a month since I placed my order, they printed a shipping lable the day I ordered and everytime I ask customer service why they still have not sent my package out and they give me the same awnser thats its in pre transit but the post office still have not recieved my item. Now they are not answering my emails. I feel like I got screwed big time. Very disappointed!
