GBI placed a 77$ order I placed a 77$ on Aug. 15. I bought extra to get the free Priority shipping. My initial delivery date was set for August 19. It didn't show. I emailed the shop to tell them on the 20th. They basically said take it up with the post office. That afternoon I filed a missing package report, and was given a case number, which I sent to them. It's now the 27th, still no package, I'm out $77, and I insisted that they either refund me or resend the order. "Arrive" traced the package to one (the first) stop, then nothing. It's been three correspondences I've heard back from them. I'll get this until Monday, (two weeks from the initial delivery date) and lodge a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

GBTo start off To start off, Naked 100 has a great product I absolutely love their product that’s why I use it again and again and again however, when ordering online wait times are horrible. If I want my product at my house about the time that I’m getting ready to run out, I have to order at least two weeks ahead of time and that’s before your company even gets it to USPS. Times after that are completely on me and how much I’m willing to pay for. But it is still ridiculous that it takes that long for you to get your product to the Postal Service to be shipped to me. You guys have a great product. One that I would love to continue using but these wait times have got to change or you will end up losing customers to your competition I guarantee it.

GBVery Poor Service Their customer service is worst than IRS or Comcast. They once sent me wrong items and I had to get it exchanged/refunded. Over month and a half and they still haven’t refunded my money or sent corrrct item. I finally took it to my CC company to dispute the charges on that order since their customer service did nothing despite me contacting them every other day for a month and a half. It took me 20 days of headache just to get a return label from them. Horribly is an understatement.

OMTrash If there was an option for less than 1 Star I’d select that. I ordered something in February and I still have not received the email to redeem it. I did get the confirmation email. I’ve talked to customer service multiple times and the answer I get is always the same. I would prefer a refund at this point but it also isn’t available. Work on that

GBThis company truly sucks This company truly sucks! They took money out of my account on 3 different occasions, and I never received the items that I ordered and after emailing them every day for a week , their response was. We have canceled your orders no explanation as of why they never even sent the orders but I definitely will not be ordering from eliquidstop. Com again and no, I don’t recommend them. They cannot be trusted!
