GBUnfortunately I have had a terrible… Unfortunately I have had a terrible time trying to get my DHL tracking number. I paid 67 dollars for 3 day shipping over a week ago and still have not got any information about when or if my order has even been dispatched or when I can expect it. Very disappointing.

GBWould give 0 stars if I could Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered product without a problem, and then later get an email saying they want this wierd scanner to take a picture of my drivers liscence, which i obviously am not comfortable with. I understand the reason, but I wish they did this BEFORE I made a purchase like they are supposed to. Now they won’t send the product or refund my money and have not responded to me in days.

GBI placed a 77$ order I placed a 77$ on Aug. 15. I bought extra to get the free Priority shipping. My initial delivery date was set for August 19. It didn't show. I emailed the shop to tell them on the 20th. They basically said take it up with the post office. That afternoon I filed a missing package report, and was given a case number, which I sent to them. It's now the 27th, still no package, I'm out $77, and I insisted that they either refund me or resend the order. "Arrive" traced the package to one (the first) stop, then nothing. It's been three correspondences I've heard back from them. I'll get this until Monday, (two weeks from the initial delivery date) and lodge a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This company took my money and order knowing they could not ship product at the time and I didn’t find out this info until 4 days after my order when I contacted them!They didn’t notify ahead of time or after. Customer service seemed to care less
