Ordered product without a problem, and then later get an email saying they want this wierd scanner to take a picture of my drivers liscence, which i obviously am not comfortable with. I understand the reason, but I wish they did this BEFORE I made a purchase like they are supposed to. Now they won’t send the product or refund my money and have not responded to me in days.

USSolid Despite the awful reviews here, I had a pretty good experience with the website. I ordered a couple pods and a bottle of juice and the post office had a mix up which led to my original package being shipped back to the sender. I reached out to customer service and they gave me the option of store credit, refund, or package being re shipped. I chose to re ship it and they sent out a new package within the same week at no cost to me. Pretty fast response time and I was honestly surprised they made it that easy for me especially with the reviews I’ve read. Shoutout to Renzo & Nathan from customer service for helping me out.

USThe absolute worst online vape store The absolute worst online vape store. Customer service is the worst . I made 2 orders only got 1 order and it wasn't even what I ordered but the other has never arrived. It's been since November and it hasn't made it out of California. DON'T ORDER FRO HERE

USTerrible company with terrible customer… Terrible company with terrible customer service. Do not purchase from this company they have old expired juice they'll send you and when you tell them about the issue they'll respond up to a point. Then completely stop responding and will just take your money and run!
