This company ruined my product which… This company ruined my product which was reported to them and they refused to remedy the situation which is their fault. The customer 'support' dept. is useless especially that Sammy with his rotten attitude and dismissive chatters. Should have seen this earlier due to the other results to consider what runs this business. Will go to their competition from now on. The 1 star rating is too High!

Company is scamming people! Company is a scam. I never got my order. They claim they have to use a third-party shipping service, so the tracking numbers they send don't actually track anything. Multiple tries to reach customer service and no response on any channel. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Best vaporizer you could get My friend let me try his DaVinci Vaporizer a few weeks back, and the difference in my perception of what a 'good vaporizer' was changed completely. The very next day, I bought one off the website pain-free and had it on my doorstep within a couple of days. Best buying decision I've ever made! I use it everyday now and the ruggedness of the unit makes it easy for me to carry it around in my backpack without worrying about anything breaking. The added bonus is that I can pull it out in public to use without worrying about anyone giving me weird looks since it just looks like a walkie talkie from afar.

I would give zero stars if I could I placed an order on September 25th and haven't heard anything. They keep apologizing but where is my order? You can't track because they use "third party shipping" Customer service is atrocious and practically non existent.
