very very slow shipping ordering from… very very slow shipping ordering from there website - if you order any product with expedited shipping thinking its going to come any time soon - its probably going to take alot longer that you thought or the expected shipping says. Horrible website & horrible customer service. Im not even sure if my products are going to get delivered at all at this point. Seeing it as a loss of a few hundred usd at the moment. Historically great products except the DaVinci iq2 charging port can break easily. Order in person if you can.

DaVinci IQ/micro/ascent SUCK The davinci IQ is just -100 IQ (very stupid) my battery died after not using it for many months, I changed it but the battery gate won't close, it just keeps opening by itself and it doesn't lock, also it gets stuck easily and gets too hot. Also I have the ascent and it just gets stuck all the time too... VERY BAD VAPORIZERS WITH PRETENTIOUS NAMES AND INFLATED PRICES

Horrible all the way around I am so very disappointed with DaVinci! they sent me a defective device - it never worked from the moment I opened it up. I contacted support via their contact us and never got a response. Thankfully I was able to file a case with my credit card for the fraudulent behavior and got my money back. Do yourself a favor and buy a ZEUS - I bought one and love it!

Company is scamming people! Company is a scam. I never got my order. They claim they have to use a third-party shipping service, so the tracking numbers they send don't actually track anything. Multiple tries to reach customer service and no response on any channel. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Faulty products, 0 customer support, waste of £300 **AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE** ** LOOK AT PAX VAPES INSTEAD** Product stopped working after a few months, no reply from customer service after 5 days, took making a Reddit post to have an admin/employee even comment, mind you it wasn't even directly at me, Avoid their over priced faulty products, you won't be getting any support and your warranty is useless.
