Stay away from DaVinci and their Miqro vapes... I have purchased 3 DaVinci Miqro and with a combined 20 uses they have died. Not just the batteries which are atrocious to begin with but the entire unit. DaVinci always wants to blame it on the battery and user. No such luck. The two other vapes I own I have never had a problem with. I am guessing by their 2 start reviews here on TrustPilot others have experienced the same poor quality and service.

I purchased a IQ2 And after a few… I purchased a IQ2 And after a few months, it didn’t work it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed da Vinci and they sent me back an email to send it back to the factory for repair. I received the vaporizer back from repair and it didn’t work so they told me to send it back again which I did after I received it back for the second time it still didn’t turn on. I sent them another email of what to do now and still haven’t received an answer back from them and it’s been three weeks. no not only that I purchased the vaporizer. I spent money on the postage sending it back twice. I bought a brand new accent vaporizer from them years ago then I purchased two IQ2’s And they still don’t respond to my emails. So now I’m looking to purchase a different manufacturers vaporizer and I hope I have a better experience with them.

HAD TO DISPUTE WITH BANK never heard from them after placing my order. SCAM. never shipped, no customer service or any way to reach them. DO NOT BUY. has been a full month of radio silence: this company will take your money and run, and you’ll never receive your purchase or here from them again. this company is literally out here perpetuating fraud. don’t believe their BS disclaimers on the site about being patient with their shipping requirements, it is just a lie to trick you into giving them money for a product they are not actually going to send you.

This is the worst customer service This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their vaporizer does not work. And all the great reviews shown are lies put out by the company itself. You cannot trust them or their inferior product

This company is garbage it's a SCAM in… This company is garbage it's a SCAM in my opinion I never received my order, I tried to reach customer service and there's absolutely no way of getting ahold of anyone, I emailed them and requested a refund, and I got blocked! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM!
