Faulty products, 0 customer support, waste of £300 **AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE** ** LOOK AT PAX VAPES INSTEAD** Product stopped working after a few months, no reply from customer service after 5 days, took making a Reddit post to have an admin/employee even comment, mind you it wasn't even directly at me, Avoid their over priced faulty products, you won't be getting any support and your warranty is useless.

Horrible all the way around I am so very disappointed with DaVinci! they sent me a defective device - it never worked from the moment I opened it up. I contacted support via their contact us and never got a response. Thankfully I was able to file a case with my credit card for the fraudulent behavior and got my money back. Do yourself a favor and buy a ZEUS - I bought one and love it!

I purchased a IQ2 And after a few… I purchased a IQ2 And after a few months, it didn’t work it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed da Vinci and they sent me back an email to send it back to the factory for repair. I received the vaporizer back from repair and it didn’t work so they told me to send it back again which I did after I received it back for the second time it still didn’t turn on. I sent them another email of what to do now and still haven’t received an answer back from them and it’s been three weeks. no not only that I purchased the vaporizer. I spent money on the postage sending it back twice. I bought a brand new accent vaporizer from them years ago then I purchased two IQ2’s And they still don’t respond to my emails. So now I’m looking to purchase a different manufacturers vaporizer and I hope I have a better experience with them.

Disgusting company It's been 2 months and I still haven't received the replacement I was promised from Davinci. Don't be fooled by their '10 year warranty' because it's useless if they don't actually honour it. I'm going to be contacting trading standards. Such a horrible company who don't respect their customers at all. Give your money to someone, anyone, else.

Stay away from DaVinci and their Miqro vapes... I have purchased 3 DaVinci Miqro and with a combined 20 uses they have died. Not just the batteries which are atrocious to begin with but the entire unit. DaVinci always wants to blame it on the battery and user. No such luck. The two other vapes I own I have never had a problem with. I am guessing by their 2 start reviews here on TrustPilot others have experienced the same poor quality and service.
