GBI purchased a IQ2 And after a few… I purchased a IQ2 And after a few months, it didn’t work it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed da Vinci and they sent me back an email to send it back to the factory for repair. I received the vaporizer back from repair and it didn’t work so they told me to send it back again which I did after I received it back for the second time it still didn’t turn on. I sent them another email of what to do now and still haven’t received an answer back from them and it’s been three weeks. no not only that I purchased the vaporizer. I spent money on the postage sending it back twice. I bought a brand new accent vaporizer from them years ago then I purchased two IQ2’s And they still don’t respond to my emails. So now I’m looking to purchase a different manufacturers vaporizer and I hope I have a better experience with them.

GBI would give zero stars if I could I placed an order on September 25th and haven't heard anything. They keep apologizing but where is my order? You can't track because they use "third party shipping" Customer service is atrocious and practically non existent.

GBDisgusting company It's been 2 months and I still haven't received the replacement I was promised from Davinci. Don't be fooled by their '10 year warranty' because it's useless if they don't actually honour it. I'm going to be contacting trading standards. Such a horrible company who don't respect their customers at all. Give your money to someone, anyone, else.

GBInferior product/ customer service. I received a microc in July and it never seemed to work right. Within a month it wouldn't turn on. I sent it back,and they said it was a soldering issue and returned it to me. End of October and I have the same problem. It's been almost a week of repeated emails and repair order requests. They've ignored my correspondence. Don't buy this inferior garbage.

CAI have been waiting for over a month… I have been waiting for over a month now and warranty issues not solved. Can’t phone and my emails go unanswered! Would never have supported them if I knew they had such terrible Customer Service I feel completely Ripped Off!
