CZReplacement of defective device In March 2023 I had problems with battery charging on the IQ I bought 5 years before. I have contacted their customer service and they identified it as an issue with the charging chip. They have proposed that they send me brand new IQC and they did it so in few days. The communication with the woman from their customer service was awesome. The new IQC they sent me is a level better device then previous IQ, which i loved much too. Thanks DaVinci!

GBI purchased a IQ2 And after a few… I purchased a IQ2 And after a few months, it didn’t work it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed da Vinci and they sent me back an email to send it back to the factory for repair. I received the vaporizer back from repair and it didn’t work so they told me to send it back again which I did after I received it back for the second time it still didn’t turn on. I sent them another email of what to do now and still haven’t received an answer back from them and it’s been three weeks. no not only that I purchased the vaporizer. I spent money on the postage sending it back twice. I bought a brand new accent vaporizer from them years ago then I purchased two IQ2’s And they still don’t respond to my emails. So now I’m looking to purchase a different manufacturers vaporizer and I hope I have a better experience with them.

GBSimple query, no response for THREE weeks and still waiting. Sorry for another negative review, but how can I not give one star when I have been emailing them twice a week for three weeks without a reply. Especially as the query was a very simple one about an accessory. Why do so many companies now simply don’t care.

GBFaulty products, 0 customer support, waste of £300 **AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE** ** LOOK AT PAX VAPES INSTEAD** Product stopped working after a few months, no reply from customer service after 5 days, took making a Reddit post to have an admin/employee even comment, mind you it wasn't even directly at me, Avoid their over priced faulty products, you won't be getting any support and your warranty is useless.

GBThis is the worst customer service This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their vaporizer does not work. And all the great reviews shown are lies put out by the company itself. You cannot trust them or their inferior product
