CAI have been waiting for over a month… I have been waiting for over a month now and warranty issues not solved. Can’t phone and my emails go unanswered! Would never have supported them if I knew they had such terrible Customer Service I feel completely Ripped Off!

GBvery very slow shipping ordering from… very very slow shipping ordering from there website - if you order any product with expedited shipping thinking its going to come any time soon - its probably going to take alot longer that you thought or the expected shipping says. Horrible website & horrible customer service. Im not even sure if my products are going to get delivered at all at this point. Seeing it as a loss of a few hundred usd at the moment. Historically great products except the DaVinci iq2 charging port can break easily. Order in person if you can.

GBStay away from DaVinci and their Miqro vapes... I have purchased 3 DaVinci Miqro and with a combined 20 uses they have died. Not just the batteries which are atrocious to begin with but the entire unit. DaVinci always wants to blame it on the battery and user. No such luck. The two other vapes I own I have never had a problem with. I am guessing by their 2 start reviews here on TrustPilot others have experienced the same poor quality and service.
