Every smok product I've used has been awful I'm assuming it's mostly a quality control issue but I've never had a smok product that's been worth the money. Whether it's the coils burning out instantly, leaking, firing on their own. They're just objectively bad products.

Bought the Nord 4 what a big mistake… Bought the Nord 4 what a big mistake that was its bearly 4 months old and the filler cap has failed on both pods (snapped off) , one of the magnetic buttons has fallen out and gone missing never again, this is the second one I've purchased and the first one was a great vape, not sure why they would decrease in quality... never again

Regarding their Priv Bar Turbo Regarding their Priv Bar Turbo, It's loaded with menthol but not advertised. Dr. Cherry could've been great, but it's more like methol cherry with that strong menthol kick. Not my cup of tea at all! Smok, why ruin your flavors with mint? Guess I'll have to pass on this brand from now on.

Faulty Vape My original vape wouldn't turn off within a month of receiving it. I contacted customer services who required video proof of the fault plus the code on the box and receipt. Fair enough. After reading these reviews, I feel extremely lucky that I received a replacement! However, this one is doing the same thing! The instructions state that pressing 5 times in quick succession will turn vape on. Long hold to vape and then 5 presses to turn off. Its not turning off and I seem to have to do numerous times of 5 presses to get it on. I've also had to charge it for half hour to get it to work despite 3 lights flashing which mean charge is full. A very frustrating process and a waste of charging battery just coz it won't turn off. Although I am grateful for the replacement, I was hoping it would work properly. I would not recommend this product. I have given 2 * because customer service sent me a replacement.
