IEHorrific I have never in my life received such bad customer care. I bought an item which was faulty and then they gave me another item which was also faulty. Both had a button that couldn’t be pressed without falling inside. They decided this wasn’t their problem anymore and refused to do anything even though both times were their fault. No compensation or anything and they completely cut contact with me after I brought up consumer rights. They are a joke take your business literally anywhere else.

GBRegarding their Priv Bar Turbo Regarding their Priv Bar Turbo, It's loaded with menthol but not advertised. Dr. Cherry could've been great, but it's more like methol cherry with that strong menthol kick. Not my cup of tea at all! Smok, why ruin your flavors with mint? Guess I'll have to pass on this brand from now on.

GBFaulty Vape My original vape wouldn't turn off within a month of receiving it. I contacted customer services who required video proof of the fault plus the code on the box and receipt. Fair enough. After reading these reviews, I feel extremely lucky that I received a replacement! However, this one is doing the same thing! The instructions state that pressing 5 times in quick succession will turn vape on. Long hold to vape and then 5 presses to turn off. Its not turning off and I seem to have to do numerous times of 5 presses to get it on. I've also had to charge it for half hour to get it to work despite 3 lights flashing which mean charge is full. A very frustrating process and a waste of charging battery just coz it won't turn off. Although I am grateful for the replacement, I was hoping it would work properly. I would not recommend this product. I have given 2 * because customer service sent me a replacement.

GBI was sold a faulty tank that leaked… I was sold a faulty tank that leaked fluid. When I went back to where I purchased the tank the following day with receipt in hand I was told there is nothing that can be done??? I then emailed Smok customer service and they blamed it on a faulty Mod. What a joke this company will sell faulty products and does absolutely nothing to help resolve issues!! Please look forward in the future to see the emails this company sent!!
