There is no way to contact anyone at frenchiestore except to email which I have and unfortunately I have not received any response. So they should credit my account or send the missing item but at the very least respond to my email to let me know. Other than this experience, every other order has been wonderful and I love their products.

The strap harness I ordered is adorable… The strap harness I ordered is adorable but it’s to small around the belly band for my female Frenchie. I have extended it as far as it will go and they only offer it in one size. It is nicely made and I love the fur and gold.

Unwilling to come to a resolution I ordered these adorable bear hoodies for my dog. Despite measuring her and using the size chart provided on the Frenchiestire website, they refused to make an exchange for a different size. I understand that the items I purchased were “last sale items” however their measurement chart was deceptive. I think it’s not good customer service practices that they cannot offer an exchange.

Perfect Fast and easy delivery experience The quality of the hoodie is perfect. Fits my girl like a glove, she weights 20lbs, I got a size medium. Would highly recommend.

My review is based on quality of… My review is based on quality of products, as I am purchasing for our Frenchie that will be in our future! Think baby shower! I absolutely love this company’s high quality products and that the hoodies, hats, and pajamas are organic cotton. I want their hoodies for myself, except, oh that’s right, I’m a human! It seems very rare these days, to see high quality matched with a reasonable price point. I feel this company delivers. For me personally, I prefer the pajamas that don’t have the Frenchie face on them, because it has a plastic feel. They are cute though! I hope patterns that have sold out will be restocked, because they are adorable!
