USMy order was not complete My order was not complete. There was an item left out but no updates were given. There is no way to contact anyone at frenchiestore except to email which I have and unfortunately I have not received any response. So they should credit my account or send the missing item but at the very least respond to my email to let me know. Other than this experience, every other order has been wonderful and I love their products.

USAmazing customer service… We love doing business with the Frenchie Store. We have loved each and every product we have purchased. We did have a collar buckle break after only a couple months of use, but the company replaced it with no questions asked. We will continue to order all our harnesses, collars, leashes, hoodies and pjs from here!!

USAdorable clothing, but when I order again I will get larger size. Easy to order, arrived quickly and adorable Frenchie clothing. I thought I ordered sizes that were slightly bigger than my babie's measurements, but the clothes were snug on him. So I would recommend ordering a couple sizes larger than you need.

USIncorrect item sent with No Return option. BAD Customer Service. I bought several items and received the wrong harness color and size. I've emailed the frenchie store and sent Instagram messages through their page. They have not responded to me nor will they help guide me on how to return this incorrect item. I'm now stuck with the wrong color and size. Never buy anything from this store, they have the WORST customer support. Good luck returning an incorrect item.

USWe love Frenchiestore! I’ve been shopping w/ Frenchiestore for a while now and I’ve had nothing but good experiences! I absolutely love their products - they are comfortable, fashion forward and functional. That tripartite is hard to find in any product line but they nailed it! I also appreciate their customer service too, they reply quickly and are always willing to help.
