USMy review is based on quality of… My review is based on quality of products, as I am purchasing for our Frenchie that will be in our future! Think baby shower! I absolutely love this company’s high quality products and that the hoodies, hats, and pajamas are organic cotton. I want their hoodies for myself, except, oh that’s right, I’m a human! It seems very rare these days, to see high quality matched with a reasonable price point. I feel this company delivers. For me personally, I prefer the pajamas that don’t have the Frenchie face on them, because it has a plastic feel. They are cute though! I hope patterns that have sold out will be restocked, because they are adorable!

USMetal piece broke off I went to put my boys harness on him like I do every morning and it wouldn’t latch. On inspection one of the metal fasteners had broken off. Very disappointed and now my boy is without his harness and I can’t afford another one.

USThe awesome hoodie that I bought for my frenchie named "Precious." The hoodie that I bought for my "Precious" frenchie fits her perfectly! The stretch in the material around the belly area will allow for her to continue to grow and still fit into this garment very comfortably. It allowed her to stay warm when the morning temperatures dropped to the 30's (Fahrenheit). Precious had no problem trotting around outside to go "potty" as she wasn't cold AND the hoodie actually kept her bat ears warm until she was ready to come back into the house. Did I mention it is also stylish? I feel I have to get a top to match HER now!

USI love this harness design I love this harness design. After many years of owning frenchies we have wore so many brands and when we tried the frenchie store we were immediately hooked. It is so strong and well designed. And two looks for the price of one make it well worth it. Not to mention it is approved and recommended by veterinarians.

USNo one responds to emails, BBB complaint filed The harness was too small, I've written 3 emails in the last 8 days trying to get an exchange or authorization for a refund, but no one has bothered to reply to my emails. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB to hopefully find a resolution. HORRIBLE customer service.
