GBNo one responds to emails, BBB complaint filed The harness was too small, I've written 3 emails in the last 8 days trying to get an exchange or authorization for a refund, but no one has bothered to reply to my emails. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB to hopefully find a resolution. HORRIBLE customer service.

GBThe strap harness I ordered is adorable… The strap harness I ordered is adorable but it’s to small around the belly band for my female Frenchie. I have extended it as far as it will go and they only offer it in one size. It is nicely made and I love the fur and gold.

GBMy order was not complete My order was not complete. There was an item left out but no updates were given. There is no way to contact anyone at frenchiestore except to email which I have and unfortunately I have not received any response. So they should credit my account or send the missing item but at the very least respond to my email to let me know. Other than this experience, every other order has been wonderful and I love their products.

GBThe awesome hoodie that I bought for my frenchie named "Precious." The hoodie that I bought for my "Precious" frenchie fits her perfectly! The stretch in the material around the belly area will allow for her to continue to grow and still fit into this garment very comfortably. It allowed her to stay warm when the morning temperatures dropped to the 30's (Fahrenheit). Precious had no problem trotting around outside to go "potty" as she wasn't cold AND the hoodie actually kept her bat ears warm until she was ready to come back into the house. Did I mention it is also stylish? I feel I have to get a top to match HER now!
