GBIncorrect item sent with No Return option. BAD Customer Service. I bought several items and received the wrong harness color and size. I've emailed the frenchie store and sent Instagram messages through their page. They have not responded to me nor will they help guide me on how to return this incorrect item. I'm now stuck with the wrong color and size. Never buy anything from this store, they have the WORST customer support. Good luck returning an incorrect item.

I absolutely love their products - they are comfortable, fashion forward and functional. That tripartite is hard to find in any product line but they nailed it! GBUnwilling to come to a resolution I ordered these adorable bear hoodies for my dog. Despite measuring her and using the size chart provided on the Frenchiestire website, they refused to make an exchange for a different size. I understand that the items I purchased were “last sale items” however their measurement chart was deceptive. I think it’s not good customer service practices that they cannot offer an exchange.
