USUnwilling to come to a resolution I ordered these adorable bear hoodies for my dog. Despite measuring her and using the size chart provided on the Frenchiestire website, they refused to make an exchange for a different size. I understand that the items I purchased were “last sale items” however their measurement chart was deceptive. I think it’s not good customer service practices that they cannot offer an exchange.

USFits him perfectly Fits him perfectly. The clothes from this store are more geared to the French bulldog. I have ordered things from other places, and the fit isn’t quite right. His hoodie is very nice material, and it is well made.
