Metal piece broke off I went to put my boys harness on him like I do every morning and it wouldn’t latch. On inspection one of the metal fasteners had broken off. Very disappointed and now my boy is without his harness and I can’t afford another one.

There is no way to contact anyone at frenchiestore except to email which I have and unfortunately I have not received any response. So they should credit my account or send the missing item but at the very least respond to my email to let me know. Other than this experience, every other order has been wonderful and I love their products.

Fits him perfectly Fits him perfectly. The clothes from this store are more geared to the French bulldog. I have ordered things from other places, and the fit isn’t quite right. His hoodie is very nice material, and it is well made.
