GBBefore I placed my order I had a… Before I placed my order I had a question and called the customer service line and spoke to a live person which was nice. I do not recall his name however he was kind and helpful. I placed my order and had another question. This time I used the chat feature on the website which was easy to use and I got a quick response from Jane who was very kind and helpful and was able to get me the information I needed. I will re-review once I receive the medication and update with time frames from order to consultation and meds received. So far I am happy with the customer service.

GBAwesome communication Spoke with representative about ‘status’ display issues on my account. My status had moved from ‘Consultation’ to ‘ Prescription’ after I was approved for program, however later when I accessed my account again, the status reverted back to ‘Consultation’. The representative couldn’t determine why but confirmed with Pharmacy, my prescription is there. She’s writing up a ticket for IT to check into this glitch. I’ve nothing but great things to say about the chat agents… the 2 I’ve had were both awesome!! Very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and patient. They answered all my questions and handled my concerns.

GBExcellence!!!! Every time I have to have an interaction with any company, I hold my breath. Not with Invigor. I had to change my subscription today and true to form, Courtney was all over it. Got it done for me immediately even with a special request. Yes, they are a little more expensive than some of the other Telemed companies but their customer service is so worth it! Thank you again Courtney!
