Awesome This company is the best to use if you quickly need a birth control refill. I am not a US citizen, I visit my fiance for 6 months every year and have had to use Twentyyeight twice so far when running out of my birth control. Each time they were quick and efficient to meet my needs! They ship super fast too. They also will cancel the subscription as needed. I truly appreciate how understanding the staff is and how good their customer service is. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to reuse their services, thank you!

Another company claiming to be different but ends the same I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for BC pills. I reached out to them to setup an account and was told on April 17th that they were contacting the pharmacy and it should take 3-5 business days. I was told the delivery was scheduled for April 25th. I reached out April 29th and got a response saying our insurance didn't cover this service. They never told me this, I had to reach out to get this answer after 12 entire days of waiting for the pharmacy to fill the prescription. Then they as for $26 per pack? This is significantly more than market value and I don't see this company lasting more than 2-3 years.

My actual doc was great My actual doc was great! Everything else was terrible. The most critical thing being they are switching to a monthly fee ($12.99) instead of an annual fee ($26). They have sent this in an email to current users, but have not yet posted it anywhere on their website. I only use 28Health to get my rx billed to my insurance with $0 copay (and I've had to argue with 28Health over when to get refills--my insurance has approved it). I don't want all the extras that come with this new monthly subscription model. I will be moving to Planned Parenthood Direct and paying them out of pocket instead. At least I know paying PP monthly goes to a worthy cause.

customer service saved me stress! Coming from simplehealth, my prescription was on auto fill and i’d get them quarterly without having to do anything—they were always on time. I was switched over to twentyeight health after simple health closed. As i was approaching the end of my sugar pill week this month, i realized i didn’t have my next shipment yet for some reason?? That was stressful, however, when i contacted the support team they were able to help and work with me to get my pills the day of from my local pharmacy at the same $0 copay! Thank goodness!! for the great customer support from Queen.
