GBDo not trust this company Do not trust this company. They have my card on file and this is a free service (other than the $20 to get your prescription written in general). Now it’s $13 a month and they just automatically did this to everyone! Opt OUT only! That is SO unethical. Just 1 email saying I’m automatically gonna pay $13 a month now. Fine print tells me I have to email customer service in order to opt out and go “back” to $0 a month. How in the world did they think this was ok to do. Disrespectful.

GBI used to love this company I used to love this company, but now I hate them with a passion. You guys have the worst recordkeeping on earth. That is negligence. It all started when they changed my prescription to a different birth control because they were trying to run my script through their pharmacy even though I get my medication through my local pharmacy. I don’t have my medication shipped out to me, so why is your pharmacy trying to process my medication to begin with?So I’m on my ring or whatever and I’m like hey I need another script so I go and I contact them and they’re like oh you can pay out-of-pocket plan for $18 and have your prescription changed. Why would I have my prescription changed and pay $18 when I know that the ring I’m using is covered by my insurance. The other option was to pay $26 again to get a new consultation. So either way they were trying to milk money for me. Do you see how disgusting and manipulative that is? You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Oh, and trust and believe I got the screenshots and everything of the last conversation I had and the current one. You are disgusting and you should be ashamed. mind you my medication was never supposed to be changed to a different one in the first place I never gave consent to do that. And I had asked them to change it back to the ring before hand, but no one did anything. All they did was send a script for one more ring to the pharmacy. That is not changing it In your system. Y’all are despicable and money hungry

GBNow "upgraded" to $156/year instead of $26 They're switching to a monthly fee ($12.99), or, close o $156/year instead of $26/year automatically. Without my consent. I just emailed them to opt out. Hopefully it will be quick and easy this time...customer service had been horrible in my previous interaction.

GBDisappointing, do not communicate well I have been pretty disappointed by this company. I was originally using Simple Health before they switched to Twentyeight Health, and I never had any issues. My first shipment was over a month late, and I had to contact cutomer service to figure this out. No updates. I had to go to the pharmacy for one pack, which kind of defeats the purpose. Customer service is friendly when I reach out, but they should let you know when something is that late. It wasn't until I sent an email saying I plan to cancel my service that I got an email saying my BC was shipped. I also just got an email that I will automatically be added to a plan that is $12.99 per month, on top of what the BC packs cost. Perks include OTC medication and other things I don't need and did not ask for. I find this really distasteful and shady. There are better companies out there.

GBMy actual doc was great My actual doc was great! Everything else was terrible. The most critical thing being they are switching to a monthly fee ($12.99) instead of an annual fee ($26). They have sent this in an email to current users, but have not yet posted it anywhere on their website. I only use 28Health to get my rx billed to my insurance with $0 copay (and I've had to argue with 28Health over when to get refills--my insurance has approved it). I don't want all the extras that come with this new monthly subscription model. I will be moving to Planned Parenthood Direct and paying them out of pocket instead. At least I know paying PP monthly goes to a worthy cause.
