Delayed birth control I've now had a delay in my birth control shipment twice now, and they changed my brand two times already without notice. When I tried to get back on my old brand, they never even responded to my email. I could book an appointment with a gynecologist near me, go see them, get the birth control I want all before this company would ever send me my new packs. Please choose a different company unless you enjoy skipping your birth control for a month at a time because they can't fill orders on time.

Fraud, Waste & Abuse concerns Stay away from this company. Aside from nonexistent communication, they also prescribe additional medications without patient consent. They billed my insurance and sent me random prescriptions for Ella and female condoms without my knowledge.

customer service saved me stress! Coming from simplehealth, my prescription was on auto fill and i’d get them quarterly without having to do anything—they were always on time. I was switched over to twentyeight health after simple health closed. As i was approaching the end of my sugar pill week this month, i realized i didn’t have my next shipment yet for some reason?? That was stressful, however, when i contacted the support team they were able to help and work with me to get my pills the day of from my local pharmacy at the same $0 copay! Thank goodness!! for the great customer support from Queen.

Answer a few questions, providers are able to actually pay attention and know what you need (changed me from a bad birth control I was having reactions too) and will go above and beyond to answer all questions & make sure you are able to get your prescriptions asap!! Will never want to use anyone else for my prescriptions! 💖💖
