GBUtter Relief and Joy This company has helped immeasurably with getting care with medications I need to be able to function on a day to day basis! The price is in a bracket I can afford for the meds I need. Deliveries are always so punctual, and I feel secure knowing it'll be okay.

GBMy actual doc was great My actual doc was great! Everything else was terrible. The most critical thing being they are switching to a monthly fee ($12.99) instead of an annual fee ($26). They have sent this in an email to current users, but have not yet posted it anywhere on their website. I only use 28Health to get my rx billed to my insurance with $0 copay (and I've had to argue with 28Health over when to get refills--my insurance has approved it). I don't want all the extras that come with this new monthly subscription model. I will be moving to Planned Parenthood Direct and paying them out of pocket instead. At least I know paying PP monthly goes to a worthy cause.

GBDisappointing, do not communicate well I have been pretty disappointed by this company. I was originally using Simple Health before they switched to Twentyeight Health, and I never had any issues. My first shipment was over a month late, and I had to contact cutomer service to figure this out. No updates. I had to go to the pharmacy for one pack, which kind of defeats the purpose. Customer service is friendly when I reach out, but they should let you know when something is that late. It wasn't until I sent an email saying I plan to cancel my service that I got an email saying my BC was shipped. I also just got an email that I will automatically be added to a plan that is $12.99 per month, on top of what the BC packs cost. Perks include OTC medication and other things I don't need and did not ask for. I find this really distasteful and shady. There are better companies out there.

GBDo not trust this company Do not trust this company. They have my card on file and this is a free service (other than the $20 to get your prescription written in general). Now it’s $13 a month and they just automatically did this to everyone! Opt OUT only! That is SO unethical. Just 1 email saying I’m automatically gonna pay $13 a month now. Fine print tells me I have to email customer service in order to opt out and go “back” to $0 a month. How in the world did they think this was ok to do. Disrespectful.

GBAbsolutely the best virtual way to get… Absolutely the best virtual way to get your prescriptions!! Answer a few questions, providers are able to actually pay attention and know what you need (changed me from a bad birth control I was having reactions too) and will go above and beyond to answer all questions & make sure you are able to get your prescriptions asap!! Will never want to use anyone else for my prescriptions! 💖💖
