USVery unorganized company. I'd like to start this out by saying that the customer service team is absolutely amazing. They're wonderful to work with. My issue is with the fact that I have to contact them so often. I've had issues before with orders arriving a bit late. But this month is the worst so far. I paid for my copay March 20th. My birth control was due to arrive the 27th. The next business day after that it still hadn't arrived. My dashboard forced me to make a 2nd payment. My arrival date changed to April 9th. I got a refund for one of the payments. Now, today (April 7th), my arrival date has changed AGAIN to April 12th. Then I received an email saying a owe a copay. I checked my dashboard and it says I'm due to be charged that copay tomorrow. I shouldn't have to pay 3 times while I'm still sitting without my medication. Birth control should never be this much of a hassle. Editing to add that I was just now charged my copay for a THIRD time and my shipment date has moved AGAIN to April 15th.

USExtremely pleasant experience from… Extremely pleasant experience from start to finish even when I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to get my prescription due to insurance issue. But they were super helpful and walked me through step by step what my options were and in the end it was all a success. Will 100% continue using TwentyEight Health!

USExtremely Unorganized My original company was bought by twentyeighthealth. Ever since it’s almost impossible to get quick help. I recently got a new insurance. Already updated it in the dashboard and on email for them. They contact me every shipment now right before my shipment is due to be shipped that they are having issues processing my insurance. I have to keep providing my insurance card every time. It’s getting exhausting because it delays my on time shipments and causes complications for me. If you are looking for a birth control company, this is not the one. Find one that is more organized!

USI had issues with my insurance covering… I had issues with my insurance covering a prescription and I was ready to look elsewhere for birth control. Then I received an email from Queen with a solution at a reasonable cost! I’m so grateful!

USI never get my birth control on time! I never get my birth control on time!! I need it for actual health reasons besides preventing pregnancy. I pay out of pocket and they won’t refund me the $70 I paid. I’ve reached out multiple times and my shipping date keeps being pushed back for birth control I was supposed to have a month ago! I’ve been here since it was the pill club then this company took over and ruined everything! Don’t waste your time or money.
