GBMy weekend visits Twice in the past two months I found myself needing emergency care on a weekend. Since my doctor wouldn't open until Monday morning, I was glad that I remembered Better Care was open to help. Twice, I've needed xrays, once on my foot and the second on my wrist. I was quickly taken care of by dedicated staff and was able to go home, confident that my care was as thorough and professional as it would have been by my regular physician.

GBThe ability to make an appointment made… The ability to make an appointment made the process quite speedy. All of the personnel, from reception to Nurses very friendly and professional. Very happy with the treatment, and if I ever have need of an urgent care facility again I will definitely go here!

GBwent for a covid test went for a covid test, was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Melissa who helped me check in and made me feel more relaxed for the test she made me laugh and just feel welcomed! The gentleman that did my swab was very nice as well i believe his name was Terrel. I highly recommend this establishment.

GBGreat staff and personality Great staff and personality. Definitely have been here more than twice for urgent care notice even late notice. Will definitely recommend, when the office is not busy, you're expecting to be there minimum 15 mins. You can do walks-in, highly recommend you to check their website and choose an appointment of your day of or next day. Please give it about minimum 2 hours ahead of appointment schedule to save time due to walk-in.

GBThey only help certain people here Went in there to get help but was ignored and the white patients were taken over me even though I was there a good 30 minutes before they even arrived. They didn’t check me in either because the receptionist called her up to register. I left shortly after that act of discrimination stay far away if you’re a person of color they don’t take kind to us their. I also had to force them to speak to me when they greeted the white patients immediately after they came in.
