The NP that serviced us need to start an IV line and he choose the wrong type of needle and he had a bloody mess to clean up he admitted he did not get right needle and had the nurse help him cap the needle to keep the mess to a minimum. I wondered what kind of NP we had if they did not use the proper medical equipment but other than that he was very nice and professional. His overall dx was correct confirmed by CT scan a few days later

BetterMed Urgent Care is the BEST BetterMed Urgent Care is the BEST! The receptionists and nurses are always friendly and helpful when you arrive. The doctors and nurse practitioners are very caring and are always spot on when diagnosing problems. Even though I have a family physician, I am very lucky to have a BetterMed close to me because it is a quick and convenient way to get help when needed.

I went to Better Med yesterday and Mr I went to Better Med yesterday and Mr. Zavey(sorry if I missed spelled your name) checked me in. He was very thorough and very patient with me! The nurse took me back, held my purse & arm as I was very dizzy(beautiful glasses). NP Bob (? stuffed up head) he was also very thorough and explained what to expect and what I needed to do. The facility was super clean! I had to wait for a ride so I went outside and sat on the corner. Mr. Z came out and chatted with me until my ride came! What a thoughtful & caring thing to do! They only help certain people here Went in there to get help but was ignored and the white patients were taken over me even though I was there a good 30 minutes before they even arrived. They didn’t check me in either because the receptionist called her up to register. I left shortly after that act of discrimination stay far away if you’re a person of color they don’t take kind to us their. I also had to force them to speak to me when they greeted the white patients immediately after they came in.

Covid Testing with excellent service Needed Covid tests for international travel and BetterMed had the schedule and the days available that worked best for our trip...including Sunday hours. They were clear and concise on the phone about how and when to schedule our appointments. My wife and I drove an hour to the nearest office knowing that we'd have the test results in time...and we did. They were a big help in assuring our long-planned trip to Africa was able to happen. I'd use BetterMed again in a heartbeat.
