went for a covid test went for a covid test, was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Melissa who helped me check in and made me feel more relaxed for the test she made me laugh and just feel welcomed! The gentleman that did my swab was very nice as well i believe his name was Terrel. I highly recommend this establishment.

I went to Better Med yesterday and Mr I went to Better Med yesterday and Mr. Zavey(sorry if I missed spelled your name) checked me in. He was very thorough and very patient with me! The nurse took me back, held my purse & arm as I was very dizzy(beautiful glasses). NP Bob (? stuffed up head) he was also very thorough and explained what to expect and what I needed to do. The facility was super clean! I had to wait for a ride so I went outside and sat on the corner. Mr. Z came out and chatted with me until my ride came! What a thoughtful & caring thing to do! First off was able to be seen same day… First off was able to be seen same day as appointment. After setting appointment was seen earlier. Very courteous and professional, explained in detail what they were doing. As we were leaving everyone in the office spoke with smiles...

Stay away from this place! Shaquaysha at the front desk is… I've been going here for over a year, even taking my son because it's easier for me than seeing my PCP. However, Shaquaysha at the front desk is extremely rude! She even got an attitude and said, "Somebody in a bad mood today," when I couldn't understand her mumbled question underneath her mask and fluid in my ears. Then when I started talking she WALKED AWAY while I was speaking directly to her! When they took my vitals my heart rate was high simply because of how much Shaquaysha was rude! Thankfully this incident happened before I started using BetterMed for our company’s occupational health. There are plenty of other places to go without being treated like that. I will not be going back, ever.
