Quick and thorough care Peaceful waiting room which is important while you sit worrying about what is wrong. The receptionist was very helpful since I hurt my knee and was already in a cast from another fall. The Nurse practitioner was up beat and made sure I understood what was going to happen and then at the end what my next steps should be and what to expect while I healed. Great experience.

Back pain visit I had back pain from some heavy lifting. The check in process was quick and easy. I was taken to an exam room, checked out by the Dr, given prescriptions, etc and was on my way in no time. I would definitely come back to Better Meds/Midlothian, VA for my urgent medical needs!

It was a great experience It was a great experience. We were on vacation when our 2 year old started not feeling well. There was no wait and we were checked in immediately and put into a room. The doctor was thorough and detailed. The longest time we waited was just for the COVID test to come back and they gave my son a lollipop to distract him from the wait. I will definitely come back if we need urgent care on vacation!

went for a covid test went for a covid test, was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Melissa who helped me check in and made me feel more relaxed for the test she made me laugh and just feel welcomed! The gentleman that did my swab was very nice as well i believe his name was Terrel. I highly recommend this establishment.

The NP that serviced us need to start an IV line and he choose the wrong type of needle and he had a bloody mess to clean up he admitted he did not get right needle and had the nurse help him cap the needle to keep the mess to a minimum. I wondered what kind of NP we had if they did not use the proper medical equipment but other than that he was very nice and professional. His overall dx was correct confirmed by CT scan a few days later
