It was a great experience It was a great experience. We were on vacation when our 2 year old started not feeling well. There was no wait and we were checked in immediately and put into a room. The doctor was thorough and detailed. The longest time we waited was just for the COVID test to come back and they gave my son a lollipop to distract him from the wait. I will definitely come back if we need urgent care on vacation!

Back pain visit I had back pain from some heavy lifting. The check in process was quick and easy. I was taken to an exam room, checked out by the Dr, given prescriptions, etc and was on my way in no time. I would definitely come back to Better Meds/Midlothian, VA for my urgent medical needs!

Happy Happy We are happy to have BetterMed Urgent Care in Ashland which makes it close to our home. We have used this facility several times for cuts, sprains, fractures & breathing issues. Excellent care, short waits, informative, helpful and caring staff.
