Thankyou Southampton! Ive been a client at Lucinda Ellerey for 10 years now, and used to travel to London for appointments, so I was so happy when a salon opened up in Southampton! I enjoy my visits to Southampton where the team are so welcoming and attentive, everyone makes me feel welcome and are very professional in what they do, I've never felt so relaxed and always leave the salon feeling gorgeous ! Excellent team and service.

I always love my appointments at the Lucinda Ellery Studio in Southampton – Paulo and team are just fabulous, so friendly, attentive and I always come away with a great cut that last like new until the next one. Dt 20 I have found staff are very approachable and sensitive to how you feel having problems with hair loss. I'm about to have my system replaced and have been coming to Lucinda Ellery for 2 years now.The hair system has totally improved my confidence and I feel is natural looking. I would recommend to anyone with hair loss. Take time to think about the colour you want and what will suit you.

I do wish I had read these reviews… I do wish I had read these reviews before embarking on my 2nd attempt at having a Lucinda Ellery System. They refunded the initial outlay of the first system which combined with the 10 Years Younger programme re-ignited my belief in the blurb. The staff in Bristol & London were very kind. After many visits the system was refined to an acceptable standard. However, professional maintenance was required to keep it wearable. Had this been mentioned at the outset I would never have gone down the LE route. Finally, the front & side mesh wore away after 2 weeks & only 3 washes. I did not return to LE as it would obviously have been 'my fault' (& part of the repeat business plan). I reverted back to my off-the-peg wigs which everyone admires, can be customised & cost less than £200! However, I'm now awaiting a new custom made wig which includes regular maintenance. Report to follow (when C19 allows fitting).

I’ve been a client of Lucinda ellery… I’ve been a client of Lucinda ellery for 13 years, originally using the London salon. Now been coming to Bristol since it opened. To me as a client I find it homely, comfortable and relaxing. I find the staff very engaging and professional and they make me feel listened too and have given me so much confidence. The team are all so kind and have made the Bristol salon a lovely place to come too where you feel empowered and uplifted. I look forward to coming to my appointments every few weeks!
