What a stellar experience What a stellar experience, I typed in what my request was and the doctor was responsive and caring to what I needed and when I had with the prescription I asked for. Super quick service and very professional. This is my new number one telehealth option. Thank you so much!

horrible customer service I did the full payment almost 2 weeks ago and heard back from their customer service. I emailed asking about if/what I need to finish in order to get my recommendation and I haven’t heard back from anyone. 2 emails and a few phone calls saying to email them and nothing. I really wanted to give this company a chance, but not hearing from them after reaching out multiple times is frustrating when I just wanted to get some help.

Good service first, then ignore Good service in the beginning, once you've paid. But on my second month, after numerous tries to get a refill never get any reply from this provider. They only have a single email for everything, no phone number, live chat etc. Missing my prescription drugs and have to go elsewhere and do it all over again Very disappointed and don't recommend to deal with.

No Response to Emails, Can't Pick Up Medication I'm disappointed because I really wanted this to work. I submitted a consultation and paid the fee. As promised, within 24 hours one of the dermatologists Dr. Chacon emailed me a treatment plan and sent the rx to my pharmacy. That's when the problem began. The pharmacy needed her approval for a 90-day supply of one medication. After a few days, the med still wasn't approved, so I replied to Dr. Chacon's email and let her know (the treatment plan says I can reply directly to the email). After a few days, still no response so I emailed careteam at docbright.com to request some help. Still no response. I haven't been able to pick up the meds that are available because it would void the money back guarantee. I wanted to warn others about my poor experience with DocBright.

I couldn't get my daughter into a… I couldn't get my daughter into a regular dermatologist until a couple weeks out. She really needed something for her skin to help clear up a rash that was getting worse everyday. Thankfully I found docbright and they connected me with a dermatologist that prescribed everything we should need. They were fast and efficient and alot more convenient. I will use them again if needed!
