Quality I felt the strength and durability was lacking. Cooper got the front strap into his mouth and chewed into it in a matter of a few minutes. Part my fault because it was probably too loose, but it was his first time and I was trying to get him used to it. Other than that I think the price was good. And the style and the fact it could be personalized.

Horrible I sent an email. Part of the harness is missing. Whether it came off in the first 15 minutes my German Shepherd wore it or it was never there, we cannot figure out. I want to return it for a refund so since you never called me, I will call the BBB
