GBI don't like leaving reviews but feels like a scam I don't like leaving reviews unless something is exceptionally good or bad, and this one is just ridiculous. I ordered a kit and then have gotten no follow-up, no e-mails, no expected delivery date, nothing....?! I came here and saw that MANY others had faced the same issue as well as quality issues, like the fact that they're destroying sperm with their freezing process, which is extremely concerning. The whole thing feels scummy and scammy. Anyway, I am not here to waste my time. I'm getting a refund and buying my kit from Legacy Sperm instead. Simple. BTW, nobody has asked me to write this, nobody has paid me to write this, I'm just a really annoyed customer who now has to waste his time.

GBI really liked how quick and seamless… I really liked how quick and seamless the whole process was. The team was helpful when I had questions regarding the kit and shipping. Great price point, especially for someone who was looking more for an “insurance policy” for the future. Highly recommend.

GBBad experience The kit took about 4 weeks to arrive. When it arrived there was what looked like mold growing in/on the preservative container. I told them but submitted it anyway, and they confirmed the sample had been contaminated. They actually told me they are unable to send a replacement kit because they are pausing operations (commendable if true, but you wouldn’t be able to tell by their website) and recommended I take a full refund. I requested the refund 3 weeks ago and, although they said it would process within 10 days, I have still not received it.
