They only store 3 vials from one sample whereas instead of limiting it to 3, if there is more volume other companies like sppare.me will give you up to 6 vials or more- this is sooo important if u ever want to have kids. I felt I couldn’t not talk about this. Their response over email was so dismissive and rude and said it was a “business decision” cringe!

Smooth Process Process was very easy. I assume it works and the process of getting the sperm back isn't too difficult. The only downside I've seen is that you cannot specify a successor or beneficiary of something were to happen to you (death, etc) and you wanted someone else to be able to choose what to do with your specimens. Other than that, this was a very affordable option and the customer service was great!
