Hidden cost to store with dadikit Dadikit is affordable but it comes at a cost otherwise. I froze sperm in July 2019, we recently pulled them out for IUI and only 0.68% of the motile sperm were still there after thawing. National average for this process is somewhere around 85%. Whatever process dadikit uses for safekeeping/storage/transport, it is damaging and J don’t want anyone else to go through that.

Best customer service and overall experience Was using this service as a bank and instead got an unfavorable report that led me to rethink my decision. Received unmatched customer service with the quickest and most helpful replies! They cared much more about my situation than they did keeping any money or ignoring me. Their shipping date is scheduled through your own preference and everything arrives timely and just as advertised and they have no problems refunding. Overall great experience and is as every business should, the service is completely in your hands and they will help you no questions if you need!

I don't like leaving reviews but feels like a scam I don't like leaving reviews unless something is exceptionally good or bad, and this one is just ridiculous. I ordered a kit and then have gotten no follow-up, no e-mails, no expected delivery date, nothing....?! I came here and saw that MANY others had faced the same issue as well as quality issues, like the fact that they're destroying sperm with their freezing process, which is extremely concerning. The whole thing feels scummy and scammy. Anyway, I am not here to waste my time. I'm getting a refund and buying my kit from Legacy Sperm instead. Simple. BTW, nobody has asked me to write this, nobody has paid me to write this, I'm just a really annoyed customer who now has to waste his time.

Off experience The customer support initially came across as rude (they clarified later) in explaining how we can have a sample not viable, offered to have further explanation. Also, their box broke in transit, just by looking at it, you can see it needs to be better designed for protection (it’s all around very hard) not much cushion inside just more plastic. They sent me another box and it got processed. After getting the results and being worried went to our doctors and they said to take it with a grain of salt. This box is great if you’re not TTC and just want info, if TTC just go to your doctor. Overall ok experience. The results are easy to read.

Dave is the man had a great experience with Dadi, specifically with Dave. i'm preparing for a vasectomy and wanted a backup plan...ya know. just in case. i hit Dave with some pretty personal questions and he always responded promptly and with great advice. an easy and affordable option, highly recommend these guys
