Bad experience The kit took about 4 weeks to arrive. When it arrived there was what looked like mold growing in/on the preservative container. I told them but submitted it anyway, and they confirmed the sample had been contaminated. They actually told me they are unable to send a replacement kit because they are pausing operations (commendable if true, but you wouldn’t be able to tell by their website) and recommended I take a full refund. I requested the refund 3 weeks ago and, although they said it would process within 10 days, I have still not received it.

A great kit and very helpful people at Dadi Ordering my Dadi kit has been great to give me the ease of mind about my family/future planning. Their customer support team is also top notch. They were helpful every step of the way- making sure it gets to me on time, being open to rescheduling it and sending me updates on shipping and analyzing. I would recommend getting a Dadi kit to anyone.

Hidden cost to store with dadikit Dadikit is affordable but it comes at a cost otherwise. I froze sperm in July 2019, we recently pulled them out for IUI and only 0.68% of the motile sperm were still there after thawing. National average for this process is somewhere around 85%. Whatever process dadikit uses for safekeeping/storage/transport, it is damaging and J don’t want anyone else to go through that.

Don’t risk personal distress Customer service is as good as it gets. Product experience - could not be any worse. One of my results was 0-2.5 percentile by their metric. After speaking with Dr was reassured with all factors considered this should not be an issue. Between receiving the result and talking to the Dr I experienced severe emotional distress due to being under the impression I was sterile. Imagine being told your most cherished life plans will not be happening. Right up there with being told of a death in the family. Avoid this extremely irresponsible garbage start up and go with an in person clinic that can counsel in person when you receive the results.

Complete scam. Period. Complete scam! They will keep charging you. There is no way to cancel. Just when you think you're cancelled finally, a charge will pop up a year later. AVOID!
