I can’t speak on a medical aspect as… I can’t speak on a medical aspect as I’m no doctor and this was my first time doing anything like this. I do know the kit was delivered the day I was told and received the next day. The customer service was fast and they worked with me through a couple issues that arose with no problems or hesitation and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Dadi again

Complete scam. Period. Complete scam! They will keep charging you. There is no way to cancel. Just when you think you're cancelled finally, a charge will pop up a year later. AVOID!

Smooth Process Process was very easy. I assume it works and the process of getting the sperm back isn't too difficult. The only downside I've seen is that you cannot specify a successor or beneficiary of something were to happen to you (death, etc) and you wanted someone else to be able to choose what to do with your specimens. Other than that, this was a very affordable option and the customer service was great!

Hidden cost to store with dadikit Dadikit is affordable but it comes at a cost otherwise. I froze sperm in July 2019, we recently pulled them out for IUI and only 0.68% of the motile sperm were still there after thawing. National average for this process is somewhere around 85%. Whatever process dadikit uses for safekeeping/storage/transport, it is damaging and J don’t want anyone else to go through that.

Excellent and caring customer service. I just ordered my kit after a long discussion with Dave, who I believe is their director of customer service. I must admit, I was apprehensive about talking about a relatively sensitive topic. Dave was incredibly warm, patient, knowledgeable, and made it clear that no question was stupid or taboo. He put me at ease immediately, and went above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns. I must have driven him crazy with all the questions, tbh, but he could not have been nicer. He also assured me I could contact him during and after the process if anything else came up. I am very happy I chose Dadi and feel well taken care of.
