3 vials of NOPE I ordered over a month ago, today was my earliest possible delivery date. I get an e-mail (today) saying their lab is overwhelmed and they cannot ship for another 10 days. I took time off from work, I have been celibate for two weeks, and instead of following through with this new delivery date they've just issued a refund. As an added bonus the same coupon code cannot be used twice and so they expect me to pay more money to get a delayed package at their fault. So much for expedited shipping... F*** dadikit and F*** their fake reviews. Do not go through here, bite the bullet financially and just go to a legitimate bio bank.

Dave was really helpful We are looking for somewhere to do homekits for our family. And while we can not use this service for our family, and I was ready to go on an internet rant about it, Dave was extremely helpful to explain why and to help point us in the right direction for our needs. Sadly it is not the company's choice and they would do it if they could. Hopefully in the future big gov takes its hand from our choices with our own bodies. Ill be recommending this kit to others based on our experience with Dave.

Don’t risk personal distress Customer service is as good as it gets. Product experience - could not be any worse. One of my results was 0-2.5 percentile by their metric. After speaking with Dr was reassured with all factors considered this should not be an issue. Between receiving the result and talking to the Dr I experienced severe emotional distress due to being under the impression I was sterile. Imagine being told your most cherished life plans will not be happening. Right up there with being told of a death in the family. Avoid this extremely irresponsible garbage start up and go with an in person clinic that can counsel in person when you receive the results.

Dave is the man had a great experience with Dadi, specifically with Dave. i'm preparing for a vasectomy and wanted a backup plan...ya know. just in case. i hit Dave with some pretty personal questions and he always responded promptly and with great advice. an easy and affordable option, highly recommend these guys
