Terrible company Terrible company! They cover maybe 1-2 things for IVF. If you're thinking of going through IVF and have winfertility, reconsider right now! You think you save money, but no. They also are terrible at customer service, offering no help whatsoever. So, unless you're rich and don't mind spending money on every little thing, save yourself the heartache.

Dont Wast Your Time This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. My company offers Winfertility as a benefit for individuals that have exhausted the insurance options. Needless to say this is why I chose this company. I was under the impression that it would be my best option and it turned out to be the worst. I have been trying to track down the status of my order since Thursday (right before the holiday weekend). I stressed the importance and my request was disregarded. I am truly disappointed that even after receiving multiple calls and emails since Thursday May 23rd no one from Winfertility or The Participating Pharmacy (I was nice to not disclose the name at this time) has contacted me.

I would give this 0 star if I could I would give this 0 star if I could. They can't even locate me in the system to start with when my insurance and company's insurance plan clearly states that Winfertility should come with my medical insurance. I called and they just said oh we'll escalate to another team to look into why and will get back to you within 2, 3 days and I never heard back. I had to call my insurnace again who reached out to them again and they still haven't looked into it. Like what is there for you guys to do when it's that hard for you to find your patients.

Malicious company I am convinced this malicious company is used by insurers to obfuscate and frustrate the entire process so that they don't have to provide the benefits they promised they would. If your employer is offering you a fertility benefit through this company, then know it is a sham and you will be on the hook for the cost of the treatment.

I had to call several times to make… Med delivery problems I had to call several times to make sure that the medicine was delivered when I needed it - received partial deliveries essentially completing order one day later than originally agreed upon. One day is not a long time but the hassle in a time sensitive process was too much for me
