Buyer beware. Satisfaction guarantee is bogus The bed is nice but didn't work for the location we needed it. It is also a fabric that really made my puppy want to chew it up. I tried to return it based on the satisfaction guarantee. They require you to ship it back to ITALY!!!!! And pay for the freight yourself. That really should have been disclosed. So they give you a 50% credit to keep it which is cheaper than sending it back and getting full credit

Great purchase experience I live in one of the areas of the US where the post office address and physical addresses are different. My order was shipped to the physical address and ended up undeliverable. Dogslanding was great about reshipping it so I hadn't paid for nothing. I use my purchase on top of a K-9 Ballistic bed to make it a bit softer/comforting. Since adding it, my dog it using that bed at least 50% more. It has been washed once and held up great.

Our dogs love it - High quality Our dogs love it. Wish it had a little more grip, dogs have slid off once or twice, but overall it is fantastic. Super comfortable, really soft, and high quality. We have two Great Danes, a German Shepherd and a Golden Doodle who all love it, especially the GS.

I would not recommend the bed I would not recommend the bed. It is poorly made and not as thick as the pictures online. When I tried to return it, I was told that I would need to send it to Italy. I was offered 50% of my money back since the shipping would be so expensive. To me this seems like a scam to keep 50% of what I paid. The bed will be donated to a shelter at this point. Will never buy from this company again!

Return We were not expecting the item we received. The company was very easy to work with us to resolve this issue.
