Big boy Wyatt Earp in love! Big boy Wyatt Earp loves his new dog bed. He spends a great deal of time in it, whether chewing his bone, a toy, his dad’s slipper (lol) or resting. It is incredibly soft and durable to cuddle our 90 lb handsome Wyatt Earp.

Diligent tracking and updates of my delayed delivery My products were very delayed - BUT their customer service representative was very responsive and remained diligent in trying to track and report any updates to me. I ordered 2 items - when both were delayed, they refunded me 10%. When second item was not able to be located they shipped another. When second item showed up, they told me to keep the new (now third) item. My little dogs enjoy them too!

Product Arrived Defective Ordered product not realizing it's made in Italy, so it took about 3 weeks to arrive. Upon installing in my car on our first use I noticed a defective seam; 10 inches that completely unraveled and came apart next to the side zipper. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning so I sent pictures and asked them for a discount. They gave me a disappointing 10% credit. I expected a 20% credit and I realize that I should have been more specific in my request. I did decide to repair the defect myself and am hoping nothing else falls apart, as the product design itself works well for us.

Comfort plus The comfort bed was immediately commandeered by our 12yr-old dog. Sadly our young 12 month old puppy discovered the zip which she demolished but bed still usable and very much used.
