Fish shipped asap and arrived asap. They were packaged well in a temp controlled container. All 8 have been in my tank for about a week now and seem incredibly healthy.

Excellent costumer service Amazing service , from great carefully packages fish, all well and alive. Was inadvertently sent wrong fish due to mislabeling by their supplier .
