They told me that the situation was related to the local post office and that I should contact the local post office. As for the local post office, they say the problem is with DHL. When I forwarded the local post office's response verbatim to DHL, the only response they gave was "Contact your local post office." DO NOT SHOPPING FROM THIS SITE! To those who think it's a fake review, I can show my order and the emails from DHL and the local post office.
