IT'S A SCUM Terrible company, surely it's a scum. I've placed an order on the 15th of January, haven't received anything and their customer service is clearly fake because nobody ever responds to emails and the phone lines result always off. STAY AWAY.

November 26 I placed an order on November 26. Today, December 21st, I am still waiting for my parcel to arrive! I sent e-mails to the cargo company DHL many times about the situation. They told me that the situation was related to the local post office and that I should contact the local post office. As for the local post office, they say the problem is with DHL. When I forwarded the local post office's response verbatim to DHL, the only response they gave was "Contact your local post office." DO NOT SHOPPING FROM THIS SITE! To those who think it's a fake review, I can show my order and the emails from DHL and the local post office.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Seriously disappointed with Eurowhite - quite clearly a scam company. I ordered some crest strips which arrived 5 weeks late, when I was told they'd be with me in 2-3 days. I then received an email from customs staying I owed an additional £20 to cover customs fees - which it clearly states on their website there will be no customs fees or additional costs. When I tried to speak with customer service, it appeared that their customer service team didn't exist?! I never got a reply to answer my questions on why it was so late, when to expect the strips and any response on the extra customs costs or getting a refund. When the strips finally did arrive, it appeared that they weren't even legit. A total waste of time and money! I've since ordered with UKTeethWhitening and I can't recommend them more!!! Avoid Eurowhite at all costs.

Quick refund I decided to ask for a refund due to the long delivery times and negative feedback mentioned on here. I have to say: this processed immediately, and graciously. I can only really leave five stars as a result because I think honestly, this is good customer service.
