DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Seriously disappointed with Eurowhite - quite clearly a scam company. I ordered some crest strips which arrived 5 weeks late, when I was told they'd be with me in 2-3 days. I then received an email from customs staying I owed an additional £20 to cover customs fees - which it clearly states on their website there will be no customs fees or additional costs. When I tried to speak with customer service, it appeared that their customer service team didn't exist?! I never got a reply to answer my questions on why it was so late, when to expect the strips and any response on the extra customs costs or getting a refund. When the strips finally did arrive, it appeared that they weren't even legit. A total waste of time and money! I've since ordered with UKTeethWhitening and I can't recommend them more!!! Avoid Eurowhite at all costs.

No compaints No compaints, my order arrived in 2 weeks. I have ordered these from the US before and they take over 2 months and you have to pay an import fee which is more expensive than the kit. Will use again!

Quick refund I decided to ask for a refund due to the long delivery times and negative feedback mentioned on here. I have to say: this processed immediately, and graciously. I can only really leave five stars as a result because I think honestly, this is good customer service.

Is this a criminal company? We ordered strips a month ago and Eurowhite sent us a Track and trace number which they have removed now, so we can’t follow the package. Opposite the Danish law Eurowhite from China has already taken 500 DKR. The company is not replying to our 2 mails. Could this be a criminal company. For sure another Chinese scam.

Not all of my order arrived Not all of my order arrived, 5 strips were missing. Have emailed several times, filled out the online form on their website and have called many times but it just rings for a while then cuts you off. Terrible customer service
