SCAMMERS AVOID Took my money straight away.. and that's it, over a month and apart from some pretend tracking number where apparently the package arrived at DHL uk on 3rd March, nothing. Emailed asking where it is as it is not recognised on DHL uk and nothing. I searched DHL worldwide and that tracking number is being dealt with by German postal service so clearly wasn't my package. Started a PayPal dispute now as waiting over a month with fake tracking numbers and no reply to email screams of scammers. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAVE GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY AND GET NOTHING IN RETURN Update.. 3 days after putting the review up they magically turned up. Coincidence? I don't think so.

I cancelled the order I cancelled the order, but it got shipped anyway. 7 days have passed, still no response to my inquiry. It's literally a Chinese company with a British domain. I don't want the package, but no tracking number is provided so I cannot cancel it through the courier. If it gets delivered, I will have pay import taxes for it, which will be higher than the product itself.

It’s been over a month, still nothing It’s been over a month and I’m yet to receive the product. Customer support didn’t answer the first time and now the mail feature on their website is down. Pretty obvious that it’s a scam company, lesson learned to always check trust pilot, and it only cost me 50€
