November 26 I placed an order on November 26. Today, December 21st, I am still waiting for my parcel to arrive! I sent e-mails to the cargo company DHL many times about the situation. They told me that the situation was related to the local post office and that I should contact the local post office. As for the local post office, they say the problem is with DHL. When I forwarded the local post office's response verbatim to DHL, the only response they gave was "Contact your local post office." DO NOT SHOPPING FROM THIS SITE! To those who think it's a fake review, I can show my order and the emails from DHL and the local post office.

SCAMMERS AVOID Took my money straight away.. and that's it, over a month and apart from some pretend tracking number where apparently the package arrived at DHL uk on 3rd March, nothing. Emailed asking where it is as it is not recognised on DHL uk and nothing. I searched DHL worldwide and that tracking number is being dealt with by German postal service so clearly wasn't my package. Started a PayPal dispute now as waiting over a month with fake tracking numbers and no reply to email screams of scammers. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAVE GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY AND GET NOTHING IN RETURN Update.. 3 days after putting the review up they magically turned up. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Quick refund I decided to ask for a refund due to the long delivery times and negative feedback mentioned on here. I have to say: this processed immediately, and graciously. I can only really leave five stars as a result because I think honestly, this is good customer service.
