Been using NURX for 2-3 years! I've been receiving my preferred birth control from NURX for almost 2-3 years now I think. I told them which one I wanted(that I was already taking) and after confirming everything they started my prescription! I've had no issues since starting!

Terrible Customer Experience I was transferred to Nurx from The Pill Club and it has been issue after issue since then. They don't respond quickly. Once they charged me instead of my insurance and I had to go back and forth, cancel the order and start over, which took way longer than necessary and had me panicked I wouldn't receive my prescription on time. My next refill, they charged my insurance properly but took so long I ended being out of birth control for two weeks so I had to start over once I finally received it. I was supposed to receive one more refill before my prescription expired, got a message that it was being processed, then it was suddenly cancelled a week later and I was told I would have to do a whole new consultation (with a fee that is not covered by insurance!). Once again, they have put me in a position where I will not receive my rx on time. I will absolutely be canceling and switching to a different company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I ordered medication from them that was… I ordered medication from them that was saying,30 bucks but I ended up being charged,40,they charged me 132.60,then they go ahead and charged 133.0,they I went ahead and called had to hold for the longest time their was really rude,and telling me the system had to do that to check if there was money in my account,won’t be ordering again really bad

Nurx has been a lifesaver for BC Nurx has been a lifesaver for me in terms of birth control when I had problems with my insurance- I could still get birth control from Nurx at an affordable rate. There was only one time did I have an issue was with communication during when my pills had to be renewed, after not hearing back for a few weeks, I contacted the Nurx team again they were quick in action. While my pills did end up coming late, they did try to quickly resolve the issue.

They seem legit but they did not take… They seem legit but they did not take my insurance. They take forever to get back to you and if you accidentally do your assessment wrong not knowing what migraine with aura is. They won’t redo your assessment and give you the birth control medication that works for you. If you had symptoms in the past and now you’re not having those symptoms anymore then I would say that they need to make their assessments clear to the one who is using the service but I don’t expect much from an app like this so its all at your own discretion and understanding how to use it.
