This company is a total ripoff This company is a total ripoff. They charge you $40 and tell you they will bill your insurance for any prescription they order. After you sign up they inform you that they don’t take “your” insurance with limited explanation. You then go to plan B (self pay). I have a prescription skin lotion I have used in the past and they would not issue a prescription for something that has worked, and is safe. Don’t waste your time.

I Love Nurx! I absolutely love this app due to how convenient it makes it to get the things that I need. It makes getting my birth control very simple & inexpensive. I always receive an email with a tracking number before my medications even ship. They're always on time, if not early. It's very comforting to have such a reliable resource for something I so heavily rely on in my life. I really never have any questions because anything I could possibly wonder about is already communicated to me through an email so I'm up to date on everything & I know what's going on well before it happens. There's no expensive doctor visits because it's all done online & they offer many other products as well. All in all, I think this app is great & I don't see myself going anywhere else. Will not contact you if they can't fill! OR will wait until last minute to do so. I used them for about a year for my birth control. I recently moved states and updated my info ASAP. Unfortunately, they do not provide service in my new state..... they failed to mention that to me in time. Instead they canceled my prescription without notifying me AND told me they wouldn't ship a few days later once I was completely out of my pills. Thank god it was only birth control and not a life saving medication. The lack of care could have posed a serious health threat due to their negligence.

Worst Telehealth experience imaginable Worst Telehealth experience imaginable. If you want to use a company that only responds with Robots and rarely if ever actually gets back to you then this is the place for you. Seriously awful, irresponsibly unresponsive. These people are thieves and should be thrown in jail.

Terrible Customer Experience I was transferred to Nurx from The Pill Club and it has been issue after issue since then. They don't respond quickly. Once they charged me instead of my insurance and I had to go back and forth, cancel the order and start over, which took way longer than necessary and had me panicked I wouldn't receive my prescription on time. My next refill, they charged my insurance properly but took so long I ended being out of birth control for two weeks so I had to start over once I finally received it. I was supposed to receive one more refill before my prescription expired, got a message that it was being processed, then it was suddenly cancelled a week later and I was told I would have to do a whole new consultation (with a fee that is not covered by insurance!). Once again, they have put me in a position where I will not receive my rx on time. I will absolutely be canceling and switching to a different company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
