I am very thankful to the doctors 🙏 & the medication has changed my life. I am going through pre Menopause 😪 & was living with very painful & large periods! Plus they were very unpredictable & it was ruining my life. Now a year later , I am living pain free & my periods are lighter & I know when they are coming. My quality of life is 100 💯 % better now!!!!! Thankful beyond words !!!!

Customer Disservice Deserves Zero Stars Quick to collect my fee but very slow to refund when they said my insurance would not pay for a generic that I normally get at no cost. Chat did not respond to my request for refund. I should have read the negative reviews before getting involved in this mess.

Will not contact you if they can't fill! OR will wait until last minute to do so. I used them for about a year for my birth control. I recently moved states and updated my info ASAP. Unfortunately, they do not provide service in my new state..... they failed to mention that to me in time. Instead they canceled my prescription without notifying me AND told me they wouldn't ship a few days later once I was completely out of my pills. Thank god it was only birth control and not a life saving medication. The lack of care could have posed a serious health threat due to their negligence.

Only use this company if you want your… Only use this company if you want your texts and email title lines to include sensitive information about what you order from them. There is no way this company is HIPAA compliant and after repeated requests, ensuring that I have not selected information via these methods - they still continue to send the emails and texts with a condition-first mention in the title lines. They were wonderful when they first started but now they're a giant sack of ... and no one there cares.

Love it!!! They make it so easy to get great care, I do not understand why I did not do this before. I originally only wanted help with birth control but then I started working with my acne too and it has been a great experience. No scheduling doctor's appointments and taking time off of work. My skin has never been this good my entire life, and I just want to thank you Nurx for everything!
